POSITION: Recruiting Specialist

PROGRAM/UNIT: Administration

HOURS: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30 pm

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Place recruitment ads internally and online to identify and recruit the best possible candidates. Screen resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Refer well qualified candidates to program managers. Interview applicants. Develop and maintain a well-qualified candidate pool for future positions. Attend recruitment functions such as job fairs, career days, and other events. Maintain and update job posting section on BRC website. Related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: BA preferred. Human Resources management experience or recruitment experience required. Good written and verbal communication
