HOURS: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Monday Friday 9:00am-5:30pm,

(on-call responsibilities)


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the program director, the social services coordinator leads the case management team for the program. The position provides clinical supervision and support to the case management staff, including assisting with service planning, facilitating team meetings, and training staff in clinical interventions such as crisis intervention and prevention, motivational interviewing and harm reduction techniques. Bilingual in Spanish required. Related duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

BA in social work or related field required. Experience providing case management related services to mentally ill and/or substance abusing individuals required. Effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and staff supervision experience required. Knowledge of AWARDS and Yardi preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a required. CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.
