HOURS:                                            

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Monday Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:    

Supervise 24/7 support staff, collect tenant rents, process leases and coordinate legal evictions, generate reports to funding sources, and assist director with administrative duties.  Submit all required narrative and statistical reports, perform program administrative functions.  Assist Superintendent with oversight of building systems such as boiler, elevator, and HVAC system.  Provide emergency first aid/CPR and/or NARCAN assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned. 

  

QUALIFICATIONS:                      

BA in related field preferred, HS diploma and two years administrative experience required.  Experience with the mental ill and/or substance abusing population preferred.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Yardi preferred. CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.
