POSITION:                                       Superintendent (Live in Position)                              


PROGRAM/UNIT:                          Landing Road Apartments 


HOURS:                                             Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

                                                            Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30 pm

                                                            (Some holidays and weekends as needed)


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:     Supervise assigned staff. Responsible for overall maintenance and cleanliness of housing programs for individuals and families.  Oversight of building systems such as boiler, elevator, HVAC system, scheduling of equipment maintenance, equipment inventory, light plumbing and repairs, ensure cleanliness, painting of facility, and on-call for emergencies.  Provide emergency first aid/CPR NARCAN assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned.  This is a live-in position.


QUALIFICATIONS:  High school diploma and several years related experience.
